yes. yes he is. his name is who virtue puts on their products to sell to little kids who want to be just like him.

But he is also quite a good player. And playin for Ironmen just makes him that much better.

Do you guys really think it would be worth $250 though? I mean that could be a nice carbon wrapped N2 tank... or some time Paintball money. Maybe some clothes? Well if you guys can give me some response on if you think this would actually be worth the money I would be glad to try to scrap some change up, but I really don't want to waste it.

Honestly, I dont htink it would be that great of an event to spend $250 on. When actually you'd probably be spending closer to $350 or so since you'll more than likely need a hotel room for a night and a ton of gas getting there and back.

But about the clinic itself... I dont think that going there for 2 days and not getting any real one on one training with Ollie is going to be worth it. Yes, it will be a very good learning experience, but looking at it realistically, he is only 1 person trying to teach at least probably 50-60 people. There is just no way you'll get any real one on one time to actually sit down and look at what you yourself is doing that could be improved because when he teaches it'll be directed towards a group who might not have the same strengths/ weaknesses that need to be corrected or improved upon.

So to answer your question, I would say no, dont go. Save the money and put it towards something you need paintball related, like a tank or towards a new gun. $250 bucks could get you a lot of nice new or used guns too. So there's always that too.

**edit** I just now saw the limited class size thing, to gurauntee one on one instruction, but i doubt it would still be enough to spend that much money on. I also just realized it would probably be more than $400 because the $250 only includes 1 case of paint, and if your like me, you'll probably need more than 1.

Guys, I'm not really trying to "push" this clinic on anyone as it is expected to fill out completely. Players from Oklahoma, Louisiana and several cities in Texas have all ready registered. Unless you have actually attended a pro clinic, you really don't have any idea what they are like! After hosting three Dynasty clinics, I can honestly say that skill levels from Saturday morning through to Sunday afternoon increase dramatically. Believe me, if it's anything like the clinic that Ryan Greenspan/Angel Fragoza/Todd Martinez do, you will be begging to have a break. (At the clinic last October, the participants asked to quit an hour early as they were too tired to do anything other than sit and chill for a bit.) The paint usage may be more than one case as it's hard to determine how much will be needed. Players attending our first two Dynasty clinics shot 1 to 1-1/2 cases while at the last clinic it was closer to 2 cases. Additional paint will be priced at $35.00/case (for premium) if it is needed.

I know that $250.00 is a lot of money and if I could do it for free, I would. I priced this $50.00 lower than Oliver wanted (absorbing the costs myself). Most other clinics run much more than this - up to $400.00 for two days! This is not a "money maker" for the field - as it is pretty much a break even event for us - but it is a way to introduce professional players to those who have not or are unable to attend national events. It is also a way for players who have the desire to improve their game to do so - by learning from probably the best professional player in the world right now. All the techniques that Oliver/Dynasty/Ironmen spent years developing are being handed to you so that you can bump up your skills to the next level.

For those who are mildly interested keep in mind that Oliver rarely does clinics and this probably will be the only one in this area that he will ever do again. I spoke with him last weekend at NPPL Huntington Beach and he is really excited about coming down!

If you have any questions - don't hesitate to give me a call at 832-372-7953 or email at info@twistedgames.net
